Welcome to CareerPath ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using CareerPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CareerPath, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CareerPath.

2. Description of Service

CareerPath is a task management and daily planner application that helps users organize tasks, set reminders, and manage their productivity. The App offers both free and premium subscription-based features.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

CareerPath offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Premium: Includes recurring tasks, ad-free experience, unlimited categories, and more.

Subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
